We understand that you care about your personal privacy, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Policy describes Zibra Labs' practices for collecting and using your personal data, and sets out your privacy rights. We will update this Privacy Policy as we adopt new personal data practices.

Personal information we collect
Zibra Labs software runs in customers' own cloud accounts, so Zibra Labs collects a limited amount of information:
- billing contact information, such as name, work email address, company name, and billing address
- cluster telemetry from Zibra Labs software, such as resource usage, performance metrics, and error reports
- account information for users of the Zibra Labs console, such as name and work email address
We use this information to provide, bill for, support, and improve our services. Zibra Labs may use anonymized and aggregated telemetry to improve its services.
We do not sell personal information to anyone and share it only with third parties who help deliver our services.
Use of the Zibra Labs website
The Zibra Labs website does not set its own cookies or use analytics. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the home page loads the Cal.com booking widget, so Google and Cal.com receive your IP address and browser information when those pages load. If you book a call through the website, Cal.com handles the booking, and the name, email address, and other details you enter are shared with Zibra Labs so that we can schedule and hold the call.
When and how we share information with third parties
The personal information Zibra Labs collects is stored in databases hosted by third parties located in the United States. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.
Zibra Labs uses the following sub-processor: Amazon Web Services, Inc., cloud hosting, United States.
We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to persons or businesses outside Zibra Labs for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, compelled by law enforcement to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (3) the information is provided to our agents, vendors or service providers who perform functions on our behalf; (4) to address emergencies or acts of God; or (5) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf. We may also disclose aggregated information about our services that does not identify any individual to our partners and service providers.
Transferring personal data to the U.S.
Zibra Labs is headquartered in the United States, and information we collect about you is processed in the United States. By using Zibra Labs services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States.
Depending on the circumstance, Zibra Labs processes personal data with your consent, to perform a contract with you, or for Zibra Labs' legitimate interests where those interests do not override your rights and freedoms. Zibra Labs uses personal data only in a manner consistent with your relationship with Zibra Labs and the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
